At Hot Tub Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your backyard oasis. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chemicals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that large spa units may require scheduled freight pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
