How is my hot tub delivered and installed?
We offer curbside delivery as standard, but also provide a professional White Glove installation service where our team will place the tub in your desired location and assist with the initial setup.
What kind of electrical setup do I need?
Most of our standard hot tubs require a dedicated 240V / 50-amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician. However, we also offer 'Plug-and-Play' models that work with a standard 110V household outlet.
How often should I change the water in my hot tub?
For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend draining and refilling your hot tub every 3 to 4 months, depending on usage frequency and how well the chemical balance is maintained.
What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition, though please note that return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Do your hot tubs come with a warranty?
Yes, all our models include a comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering the shell, plumbing, and electrical components for 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific model purchased.
